- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.
- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve the quality of hires.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Solid understanding of C2C (Corporate-to-Corporate) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) models.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively with clients.
