- 3+ years of experience in PLM projects.
- Strong functional expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM; Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE is also relevant.
- Understanding of PLM processes and domains such as EBOM and CADBOM.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional specification preparation, and validation.
- Experience in functional support, testing coordination, and issue resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Experience working with global teams and international business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and negotiate solutions.
