What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Calling / Customer Service / Call Centre
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
Marathi knowledge is an added advantage
Robust customer handling & listening skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and build rapport
Good follow-up and objection-handling skills
Basic knowledge of CRM & computer applications
Real Estate / Sales calling experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities




• Handle outbound & existing customer calls
• Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, configuration & purchase timeline
• Recommend suitable real estate projects
• Generate and qualify leads
• Maintain customer records and regular follow-ups
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads
• Achieve assigned calling and customer engagement targets
