About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US Staffing team as OPT Recruiters. Candidates will receive training on US recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, visa categories, and recruitment platforms. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their careers in US IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer, and Green Card (GC) requirements.

- Search for candidates using job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.

- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.

- Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and check their interest and availability.

- Learn about US visa categories and work authorization requirements through training.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.





- Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and deadlines.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

- Interest in US IT recruitment and staffing.

- Willingness to work from the office in Uppal, Hyderabad.

- Must be comfortable working the US night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

- Willingness to commit to the company for one year.

- Candidates must arrange their own transportation, as cab facilities are not provided.
