Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Control & Excel Specialist to manage, validate, clean, and maintain B2B contact and company databases. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to identify data errors, remove duplicates, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TRIM, and TEXT functions.
- Perform data quality checks to identify missing, incorrect, inconsistent, or outdated information.
- Verify email addresses, phone numbers, company names, job titles, domains, and other business information.
- Identify and remove duplicate records from company and contact databases.




- Compare and merge data from multiple sources while maintaining accuracy.
- Standardize company names, job titles, industry classifications, locations, and other fields.
- Coordinate with the lead generation and data research teams to resolve data discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of data cleaning, formatting, and validation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet daily targets.
- Willingness to learn new tools and data management processes.
- Experience with B2B databases, contact lists, or lead generation data.
- Knowledge of PivotTables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data enrichment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of email verification and company domain validation.
