HORECA Sales Executive Job Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses.

Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Promote and sell company products to HORECA clients.
Develop, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to drive sales growth.

Identify new distributor opportunities and expand distribution networks in assigned territories.

Monitor distributor sales performance, stock availability, and market coverage.

Ensure regular distributor visits, order generation, and timely stock replenishment.

Support distributors in achieving sales targets and developing recent customer accounts.

Build and maintain relationships with chefs, purchase managers, hotel managers, and restaurant owners.





Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and repeat business.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product pricing.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

Maintain customer databases, distributor records, sales reports, and daily visit reports.

Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand market coverage.

Handle customer and distributor complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and delivery issues.

Achieve sales growth, distributor development, customer acquisition, and collection targets.
