Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with 6–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining high-performance software applications using C++.
The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, experience with software development lifecycle, debugging and performance optimization, and the ability to work on complex enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C++.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance application features and modules.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Perform code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and resource utilization.
- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve production issues through effective root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding and development standards.
Required Skills
- 6–12 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C++.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Good understanding of C++11/14/17 or later standards.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with debugging, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of multithreading and concurrency.
- Experience with STL, templates, pointers, and memory management.
- Good knowledge of software development and testing practices.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
