- Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build long-term sourcing plans for solar products and components.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure procurement supports company growth plans.

2. Vendor Management & Development

- Develop and manage domestic and international supplier network.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Conduct annual supplier performance reviews.
- Build alternate supplier base to reduce dependency risks.
- Negotiate annual contracts and commercial agreements.

3. Solar Industry Procurement

4. Cost Optimization

- Lead value engineering initiatives.
- Improve procurement efficiency.
- Reduce material cost through strategic negotiations.
- Identify localization opportunities.

5. Inventory Planning

- Work closely with sales, operations, and production teams.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Improve inventory turnover.

- Approve Purchase Requisitions (PR).
