Role & responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop program strategies, implementation plans, budgets, timelines, and performance indicators.
- Manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Identify potential risks, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and senior leadership.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and program performance updates for management.
- Drive continuous improvement, change management, and process optimization initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Computer Science,



or a relevant discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant qualified experience in program management, project management, operations, or strategic planning.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management frameworks, and change management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
