Job Description

ushtate is looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and result-oriented IT Recruiters with experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing, to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate-convincing skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and achieve hiring targets.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
