Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Legal Executive to manage legal documentation, land-related legal matters, statutory compliance, contract drafting, and legal coordination for our renewable energy projects.

- Draft, review, and verify legal agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, lease deeds, and sale deeds.
- Handle land acquisition documentation, title verification, and property-related legal matters.
- Review land records, including 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, property cards, and ownership documents.
- Coordinate with landowners, advocates, government authorities, and legal consultants.
- Ensure compliance with applicable land laws, regulatory requirements, and statutory approvals.
- Support legal due diligence for Solar, Wind, BESS, and infrastructure projects.
- Assist in resolving land disputes, legal notices, and contractual matters.
- Maintain legal records, agreements,



and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal project, land acquisition, and management teams.
- Monitor legal risks and ensure timely completion of legal formalities.

Qualification & Skills

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: LLB / Bachelors Degree in Law.
- Experience: 2–4 years in legal, land acquisition, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Maharashtra land laws, property documentation, and registration procedures.
- Positive drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
- Knowledge of renewable energy projects will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred.
