Role purpose

Ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment during assigned shifts and minimize production downtime.

Key responsibilities

Electrical maintenance

- Attend electrical breakdowns on extrusion, casting, MDO, TDO, winding, slitting and utilities equipment.
- Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, AC/DC drives, MCC/PCC panels, power distribution, transformers and UPS.

Instrumentation and automation

- Troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, sensors, encoders, RTDs, thermocouples, transmitters and control valves.
- Support temperature, speed synchronization, tension and thickness-control systems.

Shift execution and safety

- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance; document breakdowns,



handovers and corrective actions.
- Follow permit-to-work, LOTO, electrical isolation and machine-interlock procedures.

Required technical / leadership skills

Drive troubleshooting, PLC diagnostics, drawings, field calibration, BOPET/BOPP line familiarity

Performance indicators

Breakdown response; MTTR; E&I; downtime; PM compliance; secure work; accurate shift logs

Candidate screening preference

Preference for hands-on BOPET/BOPP film-line experience and familiarity with the plants installed OEM equipment and automation platform
