Role & responsibilities

- Lead analytics initiatives to support business strategy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and mentor analytics teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights and reports.
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks using BI tools.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Oversee data collection, validation, transformation, modeling, and reporting processes.
- Drive predictive analytics, forecasting, and statistical modeling to support business planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables while continuously improving analytics processes.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and business leaders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.




- 5 to 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical function, including team management or project leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, forecasting, predictive analytics, and KPI development.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data pipelines, and business intelligence frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple analytics projects, prioritizing business requirements, and delivering results within deadlines.
- Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- MBA, Master’s in Analytics, or relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or cloud technologies are preferred.
