Job Description
Career Soft Solutions is looking for experienced and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT staffing, marketing bench consultants, coordinating with vendors, and securing suitable client requirements for IT consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to US-based implementation partners, vendors, and clients.
- Identify suitable requirements for consultants on the bench.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and follow up on submissions.
- Negotiate hourly rates and contract terms with vendors.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and placement processes.
- Maintain consultant marketing reports and submission trackers.
- Work closely with internal recruiting teams to understand consultant skills and availability.
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and market demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and the IT consulting market.
- Experience working with implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve marketing and placement targets.
- Knowledge of different visa types and US work authorization categories is preferred.
