A hands-on senior-level role responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise integrations and data architecture, with a strong focus on NetSuite. Duties Responsibilities

- Participate directly in NetSuite solution design, configuration, prototyping, testing, deployment, hypercare and stabilization.
- Document existing business processes, legacy applications, business rules, controls, data structures and operational dependencies.
- Translate business requirements into practical NetSuite designs that prioritize standard functionality where appropriate.
- Review partner-proposed designs and identify gaps, complexity, control weaknesses and operational risks.
- Own application design decisions and maintain architecture, configuration, decision and support documentation.
- Support financial configuration, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, bank reconciliation, intercompany transactions, fixed assets and period close.
- Validate accounting impacts across sales, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, billing, returns, credits and adjustments.
- Establish financial controls, approval processes, role permissions, audit trails and segregation of duties.
- Design and support customer, vendor, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and warehouse workflows.
- Configure roles, permissions, forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, dashboards and approval processes.
- Establish standards for customization,



SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, naming, documentation and environment management.
- Maintain development, testing, sandbox and production practices with documented change control and release procedures.
- Support master data design, cleansing, conversion, validation and reconciliation.
- Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios covering transactions, exceptions, integrations, financial posting and reporting.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and manage the enhancement backlog.
- Maintain operating procedures, configuration standards, training materials and decision history.
- Evaluate current capabilities based on business value, cost, controls, operational impact and supportability.
- Build internal NetSuite expertise and support a scalable ERP operating model for growth and future acquisitions.

Education Training
- It requires more than 7 years of ERP implementation, enterprise applications or ERP administration experience, including at least 5 years of meaningful hands-on NetSuite experience. Candidates must have participated in at least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation with direct responsibility for design, configuration, testing, conversion, cutover or stabilization. Relevant NetSuite certifications are preferred.

Knowledge, Skills Experience
- More than 7 years of ERP implementation,



enterprise applications or ERP administration experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
- Experience participating in a full-cycle NetSuite implementation.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite financials, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, order management, purchasing and inventory.
- Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, inventory accounting, financial controls, reconciliations and subledger-to-general-ledger integrity.
- Hands-on experience with roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reporting, master data, data conversion and test execution.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into practical, supportable system designs.
- Ability to assess operational impacts and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service and Technology teams.
- Ability to evaluate and challenge consultant or vendor recommendations using business, accounting, control, data and operational evidence.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, communication and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to remain hands-on during implementation and ongoing platform operations.
