- Source top talent for lateral hiring positions through various channels such as headhunting, leadership hiring, and talent sourcing.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs & provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for each role.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy & attention to detail.

Job Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills & a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
- Proven track record in headhunting, leadership hiring, lateral hiring, talent acquisition, talent engagement, & recruitment.

Key Competencies

- Awareness & working knowledge of various Job portals.
- Ability to build strong working relationships effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various background
