Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve outstanding balances with healthcare providers.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and reducing write-offs.
- Utilize medical billing knowledge to accurately process patient statements, EOBs, and insurance claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria - Freshers

- Should have solid communication skills
- Any previous exp in voice process is added advantage
- Graduation Mandatory
- 2020-2026 passed are eligible
- Age limit - 26
- Chennai loc - WFO
- Should be ready to work in Night shifts, Timings: 6pm - 3am
- Looking for Immediate joiners
