The Senior Manager - Enterprise Integration Data Architecture is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining NetSuite integrations, APIs, EDI connections, and data pipelines. The role ensures reliable data exchange, data integrity, and secure connectivity across enterprise systems while supporting distribution, inventory, order processing, and accounting workflows. It also focuses on data governance, legacy system migration, integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and long-term technical ownership to build scalable and efficient business solutions.

Duties Responsibilities

- Design and maintain enterprise integration architecture for APIs, EDI, webhooks, SFTP, files, native connectors, events and batch processing.
- Define source and target systems, authoritative data boundaries, field mappings, sequencing, validation, error handling, retries, reconciliation, security and support ownership.
- Maintain architecture diagrams, interface inventories, mapping specifications, decision records and runbooks.
- Design, build, test, deploy and support integrations between NetSuite and internal or external systems.
- Work with NetSuite REST web services, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SuiteScript, SuiteQL, SuiteAnalytics Connect and token-based authentication, as applicable.
- Support EDI and API connectivity with customers, distributors, vendors, logistics providers, marketplaces, payment services and websites.
- Develop mappings and workflows for purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, inventory updates, item data, pricing and order status.
- Establish enterprise data architecture, data ownership, stewardship, quality rules and lifecycle requirements.
- Design governed data pipelines, transformation logic, shared definitions and reconciliation processes.
- Inspect legacy applications, databases, scripts, interfaces, files and automated jobs to identify business rules and technical dependencies.
- Support data extraction, transformation, mapping, cleansing, conversion, validation and reconciliation.




- Support NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and related analytics capabilities where adopted.
- Design trusted data models and pipelines for reporting and ensure they reconcile to source transactions.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, failure-mode, cutover and reconciliation tests.
- Implement logging, automated alerts, transaction tracing, exception queues, retry mechanisms and escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis across systems, data, networks, authentication and business rules.
- Apply security and data protection standards, including source control, code review, automated testing, environment separation, deployment and change control.
- Own integration standards, data pipelines, technical documentation and long-term architecture improvements.
- Work with implementation partners, build internal support capability and prioritize technical debt and enhancements.
- Develop scalable integration patterns that support growth, acquisitions, customer and vendor onboarding, analytics and automation.

Education Training

cloud data platforms and legacy application modernization.

Knowledge, Skills Experience
- More than 7 years of enterprise application integration, software engineering, data engineering or related technical experience.
- Hands-on experience integrating with NetSuite records, transactions, permissions, APIs or scripting capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP services, JSON, XML, SQL, SFTP, webhooks, authentication and modern integration patterns.
- Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, monitoring and supporting production integrations and data pipelines.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, migration, reconciliation, master data and data-quality controls.
- Robust troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills across applications, interfaces, data, security and business processes.
- Knowledge of API security, token-based authentication, source control, code review, testing, deployment, environment management and operational documentation.
- Understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, fulfillment and accounting impacts.
- Ability to assess and challenge consultant or vendor recommendations and take ownership of technical designs.
- Strong written communication skills and willingness to remain hands-on throughout implementation and long-term operations.
