- Generate new business for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, and Cross-Border Logistics services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, project contractors, and trading companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain regular customer visits and follow-up activities within Nepal.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Courier, Shipping Line, or related industries.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good network among importers, exporters, and industrial customers in Nepal.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
