• Minimum 5+ Years of International Recruitment experience
• US Recruitment / US Staffing experience will be highly relevant
• End-to-End / Full Lifecycle Recruitment experience
• Talent Identification & Candidate Sourcing
• Active & Passive Candidate Sourcing
• Candidate Screening & Assessment
• Interview Scheduling & Coordination
• ATS / VMS tools and recruitment platforms
• Candidate & Stakeholder Management
• Feedback Follow-ups, Offer Coordination & Onboarding Handoff
• Strong communication and recruitment operations skills
Candidates with experience handling US / UK / Europe / APAC / Middle East recruitment markets and end-to-end hiring processes will be preferred.
