The role will be responsible for managing master data creation and maintenance in Oracle and WFX, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across Accounts, Finance, Manufacturing, Merchandising, and Sourcing functions.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management or ERP data management
- Bachelors degree, preferably with Accounts/Finance background
- MBA (Operations / Finance / Systems) preferred
- Good understanding of manufacturing industry processes
- Exposure to merchandising or sourcing workflows will be an added advantage
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience in Oracle / WFX systems preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and maintenance of master data in Oracle and WFX
- Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to align master data with business requirements
- Use Excel to build trackers,
reports, and data validation tools to support operations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
- Identify and resolve master data issues and discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders
- Support smooth data flow between systems and business teams
- Solid attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Process-oriented mindset with ownership of deliverables
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
