Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory.
- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
