Job Title: Analyst Master Data Management

Job Description:

We are looking for an Analyst to support SAP Customer Master Data Management and Credit activities for different brands. The role involves customer master creation and maintenance, credit requests, data validation, and coordination with business units, VPFs, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage SAP customer master data creation, maintenance, and credit activities.
- Review data and ensure required approvals for master data creation and maintenance.
- Handle credit requests, documentation, email communication, and follow-ups for credit approvals.
- Perform data standardization, duplication checks, data accuracy and completeness checks, and database cleanup.
- Coordinate with business units, customers, Sales, VPFs, and multiple departments.
- Track requests, direct credit queries, and ensure timely turnaround and data integrity.

Mandatory Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in SAP Master Data and Credit Master.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- SAP and MS Office proficiency.
- Positive customer relationship management and learning agility.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and from office.
