Must-Have Skills

- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central (Core HR), Onboarding, Compensation Management, Time Tracking
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one or more of the above modules
- SAP Functional Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, Other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and testing end-to-end SAP HR solutions
- Strong solution design and architecture capabilities

Experience

- Professional experience 6-14 years of experience in SAP application development and implementation
- Proven experience leading SAP delivery teams and mentoring technical resources
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Technical Skills

- Solid capabilities in Solution Design

- Troubleshooting and Debugging
- Secure and scalable application delivery
