- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for auto components such as bearings, clutches, PPF, window films, sun control films etc.
- Build robust relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions for their requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 4-13 years of experience in retail sales or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of auto components including bearings, clutches, PPF, window films, sun control films and detailing studio etc.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
