Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile Engineering, or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, including 3-5 years in a production leadership or managerial role.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of production planning, injection molding/automotive components, manufacturing processes, quality control, and machine maintenance.
- Production Management: Proven ability to achieve production targets, improve productivity, reduce rejection rates, and control manufacturing costs
