- Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Stock Accuracy: Maintain accurate stock records by conducting regular physical stock counts and reconciling them with the system (ERP/WMS).
- Team Supervision: Supervise, guide, and motivate warehouse staff and laborers to achieve daily operational targets.
- Space Optimization: Plan and organize the warehouse layout to ensure maximum space utilization and effective material movement.
- Documentation: Manage all warehouse documentation, including Delivery Challans, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and dispatch logs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse premises.
- Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, sales,
and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Incharge, Supervisor, or Store Manager.
- Education: Graduate
- Relocation: Must be strictly willing to relocate to Ghana.
- Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of warehouse management
