Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage Manpower, Material & production control for the better execution of production plan.
- To carry out related SAP operation.
- Ensure recipe pre-screaning before production and print drugline when production order release during production.
- Ensure issue recipe correctly.
- Check & follow the dyeing batch parameter.
- Ensure 100% WFT Analysis.
- Follow up SPRINT, DH-Backlog order flow and priority orders.
- Training the new operator.
- Record, solving and report all of problem issue to Superior.
- Maintain 5S at work place.
- Follow PPE requirement and Safety.
- Report non-conformance material to manager.
- Report unsafety behaviour, unsafety condition.
- Production tasks and any other duties that are required by Manager.
- Support manager to review department operation by constantly monitoring work practices,



processes and action to streamline operation as necessary.
- Ensure all machine preventive & repair maintenance related work should be informed to Engineering team.
- Coordinating with shade approvals & timely movement of lots to production.
- To ensure & report the wastage from production to superior.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in colour matching techniques using various tools such as spectrophotometers etc.

- Solid knowledge of dyeing processes, including dyeing machines operation and maintenance.

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Textile Engineering or related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the textile industry.
