Roles and Responsibilities :

- Achieve monthly targets for home loans, housing finance, and mortgage loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in home loans, housing finance, LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Housing Loan) & Mortgage Loans.
- Solid understanding of housing finance products such as home finance options like construction finance, working capital loans etc. .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
