Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced EPM Functional Consultant - ARCS Architect to provide functional expertise and solution design across Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation .

The role will focus on designing ARCS solutions that support account reconciliation, financial close and reconciliation controls , working closely with finance and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Design and architect Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions based on business and financial requirements.
- Analyse reconciliation and financial close processes and translate them into effective ARCS solutions.
- Design reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, workflows and account structures .
- Define reconciliation processes, approval workflows and supporting controls.
- Work with finance, accounting and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional recommendations.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution designs and process documentation .
- Provide functional guidance across configuration, testing, UAT and deployment .
- Support data integration, mapping, validation and reconciliation between ARCS and source systems.
- Review solutions and resolve functional issues related to reconciliations, workflows, rules and data .
- Provide knowledge transfer and functional support to project teams.





Primary Requirements

- Robust hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS) .
- Proven experience in ARCS solution design and functional architecture .
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation and financial close processes .
- Experience with reconciliation formats, profiles, rules and workflows .
- Experience across the design, configuration, testing, UAT and deployment lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of EPM data structures and integration requirements .
- Ability to work effectively with finance and accounting stakeholders .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant Secondary Skills

- Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) .
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Data Integration / Data Management .
- Experience with EPM Automate or Smart View .
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP .
- Understanding of financial close, reconciliation controls and audit requirements .
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise EPM environment .
