Job Description: Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran- Hiring for Admission Counsellors.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to drive admissions for our Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling: Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp & online leads. Convert enquiries into admissions.

Counselling: Counsel students and parents about courses (BBA, MBA, BCA, etc.), career scope, fees, scholarships and hostel.

Follow-ups: Daily follow-ups on CRM, maintain lead data, schedule campus visits.

Sales Target: Achieve monthly admission targets (individual & team).

Documentation: Assist in application form, fee collection and admission formalities.

Requirements:

Gender: Female Only

Graduation (Any stream), MBA preferred

0-3 years exp in education counselling / telecalling / sales (freshers with valuable communication can apply)

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, PunjabiComfortable with targets and incentives

Basic MS Excel & CRMSkills:

Convincing power, patience, presentable, target-driven
