We are seeking experienced Java Backend Developers to design, build, and support scalable enterprise
applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, sound engineering
practices, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

- Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, maintainable application components.

- Apply object-oriented design, clean coding practices, and appropriate design patterns.

- Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement
durable fixes.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, release activities, and technical
documentation.

- Collaborate with product, quality engineering, architecture, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end
solutions.
Required Skills and Experience

- Strong hands-on Java development experience.

- Strong practical experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services.

- Good understanding of data structures,



algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design
patterns.

- Experience with relational databases, SQL, version control, build tools, and CI/CD practices.

- Working knowledge of Linux or Unix environments.

- Robust debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills

- Experience with microservices, messaging platforms, containerization, and cloud environments.

- Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments.
Expected Outcomes

- Deliver secure, maintainable backend services that meet functional and non-functional requirements.

- Improve application stability, code quality, observability, and delivery efficiency.
