- Be the business point of contact for new projects, formulate implementation plans and strategies along with ensuring quality checks.
- Implement current features while maintaining full control over changes applied across all supported systems to interface each other seamless. Ability to test new functionality proposals, evaluate and suggest recommended options to stakeholders.
- Ensure that the supported systems are performing as expected and escalate any problems raised during the normal function of the system
- Proactively manage the level of expectation of internal stakeholders in relation to the benefits of the supported systems. Ensure that risks are evaluated and communicated to appropriate parties.
- Liaise with IT for smooth functioning of jobs and lay down SLAs on system performance and modifications
