We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to manage the maintenance of our solar module manufacturing line.
### Key Responsibilities
Attend and resolve machine breakdowns quickly.
Carry out regular preventive maintenance.
Maintain Tabber & Stringer, Layup, Bussing, Conveyors and Laminator, complete Solar manufacturing line machines.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and sensor-related problems.
Check motors, drives, sensors, PLC/HMI and electrical panels.
Monitor Laminator and other machine parameters such as temperature and vacuum.
Maintain machine breakdown and maintenance records.
Identify repeated problems and take corrective action.
Maintain critical spare parts and coordinate for their availability.
Follow safety, PPE, LOTO and 5S practices.
### Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in industrial/manufacturing machine maintenance.
Hands-on experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of sensors, motors, drives and basic PLC/HMI.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in shifts.
Freshers are NOT eligible.
Experience in solar module manufacturing will be preferred.
