B2B Collection Officer / Recovery Officer Field Role

Job Description (JD)

The B2B Collection Officer will be responsible for timely recovery of outstanding payments from business clients within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on outstanding invoices as per the aging report

- Visit client offices for payment collection and coordination

- Ensure invoice booking, GRN completion, and reconciliation

- Handle debit/credit notes and TDS-related clarifications

- Share daily/weekly collection updates with HO/Accounts team.

- Maintain proper records of commitments and collections

- Escalate long-pending cases to reporting manager

- Ensure adherence to company credit policy





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12 years experience in B2B Collection / Recovery / Accounts Receivable

- Graduate preferred (Commerce background advantage)

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Up to 3.25 LPA

- Travel Allowance: Given in advance
