We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Director of Sales to lead our sales operations in the medical equipment industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in biomedical engineering, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical equipment distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and channel partners.
- Drive sales of medical equipment and healthcare products through effective business development strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage sales forecasting, revenue planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value business deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and management teams to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering is mandatory.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales within the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, and team management.
- Robust understanding of medical devices, hospital equipment, and healthcare market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
