Business Development Specialist Job Description eComStreet Infoservices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, results-oriented, and consultative BD Specialist to join our growing Business Development team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across the US, UK, European and Middle East markets, generating qualified B2B leads, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth for our IT & AI services.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target markets.
- Identify and generate qualified B2B/B2C leads for IT & AI services through: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold email campaigns, Cold calling (selectively), and other onlineplatforms.
- Plan and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns with personalized messaging.
- Nurture leads and schedule meetings for senior consultants.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM tools.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B/B2C inside sales / lead generation / business development for IT & AI services.
- Proven experience with cold outreach using different channels , forums and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Experience using CRM and outreach tools.
- Experience generating leads for US/UK/ Europe/Middle East.
- Experience with tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo / ZoomInfo / Lusha ,HubSpot / Zoho CRM
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
