1. JOB PURPOSE
To provide after sales support and development of new Printing and Allied Machines.
1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- After sales support.
- Reduce installation time
- New development and implement
- Trouble shooting by visiting the site and to satisfy to the customer by best services
- Resolve internal and external customer complaint and provide support the Sales dept.
- Coordination and planning with marketing and customer for successful installation within time frame.
- Day by day current improvements and new ideas have to share with design teams which improve quality and fewer problems in machines
- Development of New-collar Printing and Allied Machines
