Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Benefits Support team. The role involves assisting users with portal access, perks enrollment, eligibility queries, and coverage-related concerns while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist users with portal access, navigation, and benefits enrollment.

- Resolve eligibility, coverage, and general benefits-related queries.

- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain service records.

- Meet established Service Level Agreement (SLA), quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow through until resolution.





Job Details

- Position: Benefits Support Associate

- Location: Sector 135, Noida

- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

- Shift: Rotational shifts starting at 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, and 9:00 PM

- Salary: 25,000 CTC per month

- In-Hand Salary: 19,000 per month
