Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Assist in preparing business performance reports and presentations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Support senior analysts in research, reporting, and analytical projects.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather business requirements.
- Automate routine reporting tasks wherever possible.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical processes.
- Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support process improvement and business optimization initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics,



or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
