Senior Manager Land Acquisition & Liaisoning

Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Experience: 8 15 Years Location: Project Sites / Pan India

Key Responsibilities

Lead land identification, acquisition, aggregation, and documentation for Solar projects.

Handle direct negotiation and relationship management with farmers, landowners, and local stakeholders.

Manage government liaisoning with Tehsil, Patwari, Revenue Department, SDM, District Administration, Sub-Registrar, Panchayat, etc.

Coordinate land records verification, registry, mutation, lease agreements, NOCs, and other statutory requirements.

Resolve land-related disputes, objections, and local issues to ensure timely project execution.

Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, and Engineering teams for smooth land closure.

Maintain proper land acquisition records and provide regular status updates to management.





Candidate Profile

8 15 years of experience in Land Acquisition / Land Aggregation / Liaisoning, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure.

Strong experience in farmer dealing, landowner negotiation, and government liaisoning.

Positive knowledge of land records, revenue processes, registry, mutation, and land-related documentation.

Strong local networking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
