Roles & Responsibilities

Documentation Secretarial

- Supervise on Compliances related to Statutory Filings / Disclosures like Minutes preparation / updation, form filing, Secretarial Audit Report, and other Statutory records' maintenance
- Provide day to day support to Finance, Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Taxation etc. departments of the company with regard to various information / documentation required for their smooth functioning

Operations:-

- Monitor and support the Secretarial team in: -
- Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers and records, etc.
- Filing of annual returns,



balance sheets, change in Directors, change in Registered Office, Increase in Capital, Allotment of shares, etc.
- Various compliances, preparing and filing replies with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, etc.

Keeping abreast of Corporate Laws - updating of day to day changes in regulatory framework viz enactment of new Companies Act, rules thereunder etc. and any changes, emerging trends from court decisions or recent legislations, and tender advice to avoid unnecessary litigation.
