Role & responsibilities

Developing detailed Working Drawings, municipal submission drawings, sections, elevations, and detail drawings.

- Preparing conceptual design schemes and spatial planning as per project requirements.

- Understanding and applying local building bye-laws and National Building Code (NBC) standards.

- Coordinating effectively with structural consultants, MEP engineers, site teams, and project management.

- Ensuring technical accuracy, drawing standard compliance, and timely project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Robust expertise in Working Drawings, Sections, and Elevations (Mandatory).

- Educational Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Architecture.

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on professional experience in architectural drafting and project planning.

- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD / ZWCAD, 3D tools (SketchUp/Revit), and MS Office.

- Good communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
