- Oversee daily operations of the garment manufacturing unit, ensuring productive production planning and execution.
- Manage plant operations, including manpower handling, scheduling, and quality control to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in factory operations or related field (garment manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of production planning, production operations, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record in managing large teams and implementing effective management practices.
