A teacher who can promote a sense of security and gives encouragement to experimentation and risk-taking, simply being attentive to a childs explorations and inventions. A teacher who can involve tuning into children s ideas and helping to take them forward.
Should be -
- well versed with dynamic curriculum development
- lesson plan creation and execution.
- aware of the process of monitoring the syllabus completion
- assessment and feedback interaction with parents
