Operations Workplace Projects management - Responsible for maintaining a seamless and safe workplace setting while executing minor capital and operational projects.
Responsibilities
- MEP and soft services management upkeep with health safety parameter monitoring
- Vendor management
- Managing small-scale office fitouts, seat reconfigurations, asset replacements, and space planning initiatives.
- Oversee total facility maintenance across hard services with outsourced FM organization
- Supervise embedded contractors and third-party service providers conduct monthly SLA/KPI reviews and ensure contract adherence.
- Budget Financial Administration: Manage site operational budgets (OpEx), process vendor purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and drive cost-optimization opportunities.
- Performance Metrics KPIS drafting, review measurement
- Maintain compliance across site
