- Physician Billing (CMS 1500)
- Knowledge of CMS 1500 forms & guidelines
- AR Follow-up / Denial Management / RCM Process
- Working knowledge of US Healthcare
- Robust communication (International Voice Process Mandatory)
- Ability to handle complex AR scenarios and resolve claims
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with insurance companies for claim status
- Resolve denials and escalate unresolved claims
- Work on CMS 1500 billing processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
- Meet daily/weekly productivity & quality targets
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to physician billing
