Handle inbound international voice calls for aviation/hospitality clients. Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds. Resolve queries on first call, update CRM, and meet quality and productivity targets.
Required Candidate profile
Min 6 months international voice process experience (aviation/hospitality preferred). 12th/2nd PUC pass. Excellent spoken English, positive typing speed, comfortable with rotational shifts.
