Role & Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality, engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos for international clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional video editing skills, including transitions, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and visual storytelling.
- Conceptualize and produce creative content that captures attention within the first few seconds.
- Develop scroll-stopping Reels, promotional videos, product showcases, UGC-style ads, and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging social media creatives, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and other visual content.
- Research trending audio, viral formats, content styles, and social media trends to develop fresh creative ideas.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and content concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Use AI-powered tools for video generation, editing, visual effects, and creative content production.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage content production from ideation and scripting to editing, final delivery, and performance optimization.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2-7 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and skilled video editing.




- Excellent Reel-making and video editing skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, or equivalent creative software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok-style videos, YouTube Shorts, and short-form storytelling.
- Ability to create premium-quality, visually appealing content with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and sound synchronization.
- Experience creating UGC-style advertisements, product videos, promotional creatives, and branded content.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing original Reels, video edits, and social media content is mandatory.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
