Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join the Finance & Accounts team and support financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, audits, compliance, and business finance activities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive qualified to support the organization's tax, financial reporting, and consolidation activities. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements while contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IFRS requirements.
- Manage direct and indirect tax-related activities, including computation and reporting of deferred tax.
- Perform consolidation adjustments, intercompany reconciliations, and elimination entries during the financial close process.
- Coordinate and liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants,



and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth audit execution.
- Review schedules, supporting documentation, and financial disclosures to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing activities.
- Monitor adherence to accounting policies, taxation regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Taxation, Financial Reporting, Audit Coordination, or Consolidation Accounting.
- Strong understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, Deferred Tax, Financial Statements Preparation, and Consolidation Processes.
- Experience in audit liaisoning, schedule reviews, and financial close activities.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- CA is mandatory.
